What makes a good photo?

1.) Close up time! Be sure your pet’s photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and
chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets

3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

What backgrounds can I have?

You can pick any color for the background, even a custom background.

What can I do with my portrait?

Anything you like, You can have just the digital print and do as you wish with
these, or of course, the canvas/framed print can be hung straight on to
the wall.

How long does this take?

Please respect the time this takes our artists to do, we try to get you the digital print within 1-3 working days.

How is the digital portrait sent?

Your portrait will be sent over via email, Please keep a check on your spam
as sometimes your email provider marks our emails as spam.

What if I’m not 100% happy with the portrait?

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however,
sometimes working from a photo we miss the important details of the
person and are always ready to make changes until you are happy with
your final print.

Can I send in more than one photo?

Of course you can and we love to see more references.

What quality should the photo be that I send you?

Ideally if you could send us a high quality image this will be better, Try not
to send any blurred images. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re
having any issues.

I have a larger group that I need doing?

Sure, send an email and we will discuss pricing.

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it’s been made?

It is the customer’s responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes.

What print quality will my digital print come in?

You can pick any size you want.

I have not received an email from you
